The grade stamp shown below was recently observed in the state of Washington. The facility in Port Alberni, British Columbia that produced the material is not registered with a CLSAB Accredited Agency for the production of structural lumber and/or timber.
The stamp is not recognized by the National Building Code of Canada as:
The timbers were not inspected, graded and identified in accordance with the CLSAB approved grading rules and regulations.
