10 Years to date in Construction. Red Seal Journeyperson in Carpentry
I became a member as of April 2022

To help other people that may not know they are doing something wrong and the process to try and correct procedures.
It has helped give me a better understanding of by-laws and many other topics that I previously had no knowledge on.
My uncle Doug Gunnarson who taught me many different aspects of the carpentry trade and how to operate various pieces of equipment. Jeff Braun who is currently been a large help in teaching me and guiding me threw the many processes and understanding of what it takes to be a development officer/Building Inspector.
Golfing/Gardening/Fishing in the summer, Building snowmen with my daughter in the winter
Not a huge sports fan but if I had to choose it would be Edmonton Eskimos
Prior to becoming a building official, I had the pleasure of learning/constructing bridges in the provinces of Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Even after becoming a building official, I still help friends/family/previous coworkers with projects that they have going on.
